Chincoteague Pony Medallion
Celebrate Chincoteague!! The annual pony swim in Virginia is late July. Surfer Dude was a revered Stallion who has many offspring and was followed closely on the Chincoteague websites. He lived well into his 20's, but one spring he did not show up with the herd. His son, named "Riptide" had taken over his mares. He was later found deceased, from natural causes. Offered in Ancient Casting Bronze, or Sterling Silver. The large bail has a wrapped knot effect. The medallion measures 2 inches round, 2 1/2 inches tall overall, and arrives on an 8 strand woven leather neck cord, 18 inches. The medium version measures 1 inch round and arrives on a black leather neck cord.
